JOHN PRIES focuses his practice on all aspects of corporate restructuring, including bankruptcy proceedings, out of court reorganizations, and workouts.
While attending Columbia Law School, John was a teaching assistant for commercial finance and corporate finance courses, and was awarded honors (2023) and highest honors (2024).
Prior to law school, John worked at a variety of investment managers.
