
Biography
OMAR QURESHI focuses his practice on real estate finance transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine loans, construction loans, and revolving credit facilities. He represents financial institutions in loan originations across a variety of asset classes including hotels, office buildings, resorts, data centers, self-storage facilities, and multi-family housing located across the United States and internationally. His experience includes securitized financings; complex, multi-state, multi-property pooled transactions; and loan servicing and sales. Omar also has experience in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real estate, and with general corporate matters.
Omar was recognized in the 2023–2026 editions of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for real estate law.
While attending The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law, Omar served as a managing editor of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution.
