Biography
PAUL ROCK focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, including securities and shareholder matters.
Prior to joining Sidley, Paul worked as an investigator for the Criminal Defense Practice of the New York Legal Aid Society.
While attending UC Berkeley School of Law, Paul served as a student-advocate for the Ninth Circuit Practicum. He also served on the board of the Post-Conviction Advocacy Project, and as a member of the Moot Court team. Paul received the Jurisprudence award in Contracts (2022) and Best Brief award in Written and Oral Advocacy (2023).
