
Biography
CHASE ROWLAND focuses his practice on global finance.
Chase earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. While in law school, he served as a member of the Moot Court Board and as a student attorney for Vanderbilt’s Housing Clinic.
Prior to law school, Chase attended The University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated from McCombs School of Business with a Master in Professional Accounting degree and Bachelor of Business Administration degree. At graduation, Chase was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholar Award and Sommerfeld Award. He also worked in public accounting and holds a CPA certificate.

Representative Matters
Chase assisted with the representation of:
- Beach Point Capital in US$190 million financing to support Cipriani’s global expansion.
- Independent infrastructure manager Ancala in the formation of short line rail specialist Phoenix Rail and in the subsequent acquisition by Phoenix Rail of Lehigh Valley Rail Management (LVRM) (pending).
- Apex Waste Solutions, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC, in its acquisitions and related financings of Colorado-based waste management operating sites Twin Enviro Services and certain assets of WM of Colorado, Inc.
