ALEJANDRO RUIZ is a managing associate in the Global Finance group in Sidley’s Dallas office.
Alejandro earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law and received his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Monterrey.
Experience
Representative Matters
Alejandro’s experience prior to joining Sidley includes:
- Representing lenders in the financing for the construction and development of two wind farms of approximately 30 MW each in the state of Yucatán.
- Representing lenders in the construction and development of a photovoltaic power plant and associated electrical substation and interconnection line of approximately 95MWac in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
