Biography
ELANA SOMERS focuses her practice on commercial litigation and disputes, securities and shareholder litigation, and white collar defense and investigations.
Elana rejoined the firm after clerking for The Honorable Ann M. Donnelly of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
While attending the University of Pennsylvania Law School, she served as an associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law. Elana also participated in Penn Law’s Civil Practice Clinic and volunteered with Philadelphia Legal Assistance.
