JACK SULLIVAN focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance. He represents financial institutions in the origination of mortgage loans secured by commercial office buildings, retail properties, hotels, data centers, warehouses, and multifamily housing, including multi-state and multi-property pooled transactions. Jack also has experience in the origination of construction loans, mezzanine loans, the servicing and sale of mortgage and mezzanine loans, syndication, and loan restructuring matters.
Prior to joining Sidley, Jack was an associate at another global law firm in the finance group.
While attending Fordham University School of Law, Jack served as a managing editor of the Fordham Law Moot Court Board and was a staff member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
