Camilla Tagliabue

CAMILLA TAGLIABUE advises leading private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, focusing on cross-border transactions, including M&A transactions, carve-outs, hybrid capital and minority investments, corporate joint ventures, and asset deals.

Camilla has advised on transactions across Europe, including in the UK, Italy, and France. She works with clients investing in a broad range of sectors, including manufacturing and industrials, gaming, technology, infrastructure, energy, and retail.

Prior to joining Sidley in 2023, Camilla was a member of the corporate team at another international law firm.

Recent examples of Camilla’s work include advising:

• Funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. in the acquisition of a majority stake in Prosol Group, a multi-specialist in fresh food businesses and food retail in France.
• Bonaccord Capital Partners in its passive minority investment in Kingswood Capital Management, LP.
• One Equity Partners in connection with its investment in Brown & Root Industrial Services, a provider of non-discretionary, specialty industrial services.
• Funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. in the acquisition of The Travel Corporation.
• Funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. in their minority equity investment in AUTODOC SE.
• Pictet Alternative Advisors in its Acquisition of Pareto FM.
• Funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. in their acquisition of the Terminals, Solutions & Services (TSS) business line from Worldline.
• A portfolio company of a U.S. private equity sponsor and its selling shareholder on its initial public offering.
• A portfolio company of a U.S. private equity sponsor in the issuance of senior secured notes comprised of fixed- and floating-rate senior secured notes.
