Julia Tiskowiec

JULIA TISKOWIEC provides assistance in the field of international trade, customs, export controls and sanctions, as well as data privacy. She supports the EU Trade team in preparation of trade defence proceedings and related court appeals. Julia routinely conducts legal monitoring with a particular focus on EU trade and customs legislative developments for the firm’s lawyers and clients. Most recently, Julia, has been supporting the EU Trade team in advising clients on various aspects of the legal and policy implications of Brexit.

Before joining the firm, Julia served as a Parliamentary Assistant in the European Parliament, where she provided background notes and followed the meetings of the EP Committee on Regional and Transport Policy and the Committee on Constitutional Affairs. She also interned in the European Law Department of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Julia speaks fluent English, French, Russian and Polish, and has a basic knowledge of German, Chinese and Japanese.
