Biography

LAUREN TROMBETTA focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and white collar criminal defense and investigations.

Prior to joining Sidley, Lauren served as a law clerk with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California, Criminal Division. Before law school, Lauren worked for an executive search and consulting firm partnering with officers and directors of startups to Fortune 100 companies. 

Lauren earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law where she served as an executive editor on the California Law Review, directed the James Patterson McBaine Honors Moot Court, and co-led the pro bono Workers’ Rights Clinic. She graduated from law school with a certificate in business law and pro bono honors.
