SOPHIA WALLACH focuses her practice on environmental litigation and regulatory compliance matters, with a particular emphasis on assisting clients in the transportation and retail sectors. She also advises clients on environmental, social, and governance (ESG), privacy, telecommunications, and technology-related matters.
During law school, Sophia was a senior articles editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal.
Sophia was a summer scholar at the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the Telecommunications Enforcement Bureau, and prior to law school worked for the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) as an honors paralegal in the Bureau of Competition. She is a certified mediator, winning gold at an international mediation competition as part of Berkeley Law’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Team, and was a Henry Luce Scholar in Singapore.
