Biography
TYLER WELSH focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions.
Tyler earned his B.A. from Georgetown University and his J.D. from Boston College Law School, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During his 3L year, he co-taught an undergraduate course in environmental law at Boston College.
Prior to joining Sidley, Tyler served as a judicial intern for Justice Scott Kafker of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
