DUNN WESTHOFF represents clients in complex commercial litigation in Texas state and federal courts, advising a diverse range of clients in industries such as private equity, health insurance, energy, and financial services. He has experience handling litigation matters from the initial stages of dispute resolution through summary judgment and trial preparation, including interlocutory appeals.
In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Dunn represents veterans pro bono before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals, advocating in support of claims for service-connected disabilities and related compensation.
Dunn earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served as president of The Harvard Law Latter-day Saints and as an executive editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. He graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University with a B.S. degree in applied physics and is conversational in Mandarin Chinese.
