
Biography
FIONA WINICKI focuses her practice on complex corporate transactions and matters across a variety of industries. Fiona works on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters.
During law school, Fiona was a student lawyer at the Social Enterprise and Nonprofit Law Clinic, participated in an externship with the ACLU Program on Freedom of Religion and Belief, completed the Business Law Scholars program, and served on the executive board of Georgetown’s Corporate and Financial Law Organization (CFLO) as a vice president and social chair, where she organized panels and networking events with law firms, managed the executive board events, and facilitated student mentorship.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Fiona worked as a paralegal at a medical malpractice firm and volunteered at the Lewis and Clark Law School Low Income Taxpayer Clinic.
