Biography
JINREY ZHANG focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and securities filings.
Prior to joining Sidley, Jinrey served as a legal intern for the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia.
Jinrey is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
