Biography

ASHER ZLOTNIK focuses his practice on commercial litigation and disputes.

While attending New York University School of Law, Asher served as an executive editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy, a teaching assistant for Civil Procedure for L.L.M. Students, a research assistant to Professor Helen Hershkoff, and a student fellow with the Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement. Upon graduation, Asher was awarded the Vanderbilt Medal for outstanding contributions to the law school.

While attending law school, Asher worked as an intern for the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York’s Civil Division and as an extern for the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York’s Public Corruption Unit.

Prior to law school, Asher served as chief of staff to a New York City Council Member and senior policy advisor to a United States Member of Congress.
