On April 25, Sidley counsel Casey Khan will serve as a moderator on a Commodities/End-User panel at the upcoming FIA Law & Compliance Division Conference. He will be joined by Vijay D’Cruz, Associate General Counsel, Vitol; Summer Mersinger, Commissioner, CFTC; Deanna Reitman, partner, Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath; Michael Sorrell, Deputy General Counsel, FIA; and Paul Tramonte, Division Director - CGM Compliance, Macquarie Energy.
On April 26, Investment Funds partner Nathan Howell will speak on an ethics panel at the conference. Howell will be joined by senior counsel and partners from three other leading law firms in a discussion of ethical issues from the perspective of attorneys representing the firm and individuals in a hypothetical regulatory investigation.
The three-day event, featuring a program curated by industry experts, will examine all the pressing industry legal and regulatory developments, review the latest enforcement cases, and offer practical compliance tips and strategies for all market participants.
