Brooklyn Hildebrandt Speaking at All4 EPA Enforcement Webinar

Brooklyn Hildebrandt, managing associate in Sidley’s Environmental group, will be speaking on a webinar hosted by environmental consulting firm All4 entitled, “BWON and QQQ: EPA’s Enforcement Initiative and What Industry Should be Doing” on June 19, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. - 01:00 p.m. ET.

This program will cover the EPA’s recent Enforcement Alert pertaining to 40 CFR Part 61 Subpart FF – National Emission Standard for Benzene Waste Operations (BWON) and 40 CFR Part 60 Subpart QQQ – Standards of Performance for VOC emissions From Petroleum Refinery Wastewater Systems (NSPS QQQ). Speakers will discuss the background of the enforcement alert, what can be expected by impacted facilities, and how facilities can prepare for possible inspections.
