Getting a Second Shot at a Legal Career

In this first-person account, Sheri Porath Rockwell shares her experience of returning to a law firm after a more than 15-year break. She credits OnRamp Fellowship, which helps professionals return to jobs after time off to care for parents or children. Sidley is among the law firms participating in the re-entry program, which offers one-year paid fellowships.
