Jessica Fishfeld Rejoins Sidley's Commercial Litigation and Disputes Practice in Miami

Miami – Sidley is pleased to announce that Jessica Fishfeld has joined its office in Miami as a partner in the firm’s Litigation practice. Ms. Fishfeld rejoins the firm from Greenberg Traurig, where she was a partner focusing on commercial litigation. She began her career as a summer associate in Sidley’s office in Chicago and then spent six years as a litigation associate.

Ms. Fishfeld brings significant experience handling a broad range of commercial litigation matters. She regularly handles contract-related disputes, partnership and shareholder issues, fraud, and other conflicts that arise between commercial competitors and business partners, including complex post-M&A disputes and matters involving intellectual property, confidential data, and proprietary information. She also defends large companies in consumer class actions nationwide, including cases involving product defects and advertising claims.
