The special report noted Sidley’s work acting for Travelex on the implementation of its £385 million restructuring, which was initiated in August 2020 with the pre-packaged administration sale of certain UK Travelex entities. It additionally highlighted Sidley’s representation of Schur Flexibles in relation to its ongoing €600 million financial restructuring, principally comprising a right-sizing of the capital structure and a debt-for-equity swap. It also noted Sidley’s role acting for GLAS and affiliates in their capacities as Security Agent, Senior Secured Note Trustee, RCF Agent, and Guarantee Facility Agent, in relation to the £1 billion restructuring of Galapagos Holding S.A., and for GLAS in its capacity as Security Agent for Italian shipping company Moby S.p.A on the court-led restructuring plan of the Moby group.
