Sidley partners Dan Clivner and Mehdi Khodadad have been named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Leaders of Influence: Private Equity, Investors & Advisors” supplement. This annual list celebrates the outstanding professionals making up the Los Angeles private equity landscape.
Dan is a member of Sidley’s Executive Committee and the managing partner of the greater Los Angeles offices. He is a global co-leader of the firm’s M&A and Private Equity group. Dan handles high-profile transactional matters for clients in the media and entertainment, telecom, technology, financial services, and retail industries.
Mehdi serves as co-leader of Sidley’s global Private Equity practice and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He focuses on representing leading technology and life sciences companies and their private equity and other investment sponsors. Mehdi counsels corporate clients, entrepreneurs, and investors on a wide variety of transactions.
