Sidley Recognized by JUVE for Private Equity and M&A Capabilities in Germany

Sidley has earned a three-star ranking for private equity in the JUVE Handbook 2026/2027, recognizing the firm’s transactional capabilities and growing international presence in the German market.

In an editorial, JUVE recognized Sidley’s Munich-based practice for advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies on mid-cap transactions, including acquisitions, as well as for providing integrated counsel on transaction financing, tax structuring, and corporate matters.
