Sidley represented Churchill Downs Incorporated in its US$250 million acquisition of Exacta Systems. Exacta Systems provides technology to support horse racing operations across the U.S.
The Sidley team was led by Brian Fahrney, Brent Steele, and Marcos A. Alvarez (M&A), and included Karla E. Utset and Sean M. Nuernberger (M&A); Mary C. Niehaus, Eric M.
