Sidley Represents Intrepid Partners on Proposed Merger of Holly Energy Partners and HF Sinclair Corporation

Sidley is representing Intrepid Partners, LLC, the financial advisor to the conflicts committee of the board of directors of the ultimate general partner of Holly Energy Partners, L.P., in connection with Holly Energy Partners’ proposed merger with HF Sinclair Corporation in a cash-and-stock deal. Upon the closing of the proposed merger, Holly Energy Partners will become a wholly owned subsidiary of HF Sinclair.
