Sidley Represents Houlihan Lokey in Its Acquisition of Triago

Sidley is representing global investment bank Houlihan Lokey, Inc. in its acquisition of Triago Management Development, a global advisory firm. The acquisition will expand Houlihan Lokey’s Private Funds Group, establishing the group as one of the preeminent global private capital advisory platforms.

The Sidley team is being led by David M. Grinberg, Daniel J. Belke, and Cat Zhang (M&A and Private Equity), and includes Alex L. Newland and Chloe Lustig (M&A and Private Equity).
