Sidley Represents Nationwide in Investment in Columbus NWSL Expansion Team

Sidley represented Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (Nationwide), a leading insurance and financial services company, in connection with its investment in the Columbus expansion team in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL). Nationwide invested alongside Haslam Sports Group.

The addition of a new team in Columbus reflects the continued growth of the NWSL and the increasing momentum behind women’s professional sports in the United States.

The Sidley team was led by Irwin Raij and Axel Miranda. The team also included Charles Baker and Dylan Sherwyn.
