Sidley Advises EMZ Partners on Its Significant Minority Investment in Steinbach & Vollmann

Sidley represented EMZ Partners (EMZ) on its acquisition of a significant minority stake in Steinbach & Vollmann (STUV), a leading provider of high-security locking and access solutions for correctional facilities, critical infrastructure, and industrial applications. The transaction marks the beginning of a new growth partnership under which EMZ will support STUV’s continued international expansion and strategic development.

Together with EMZ, STUV intends to accelerate its organic growth, pursue targeted acquisitions, and further expand its smart access solutions business, including planned market entry into North and South America.
