Sidley Represents Clara Vista Investment Partners in Its Acquisition of Majority Stake in Frosinone Calcio

Sidley represented Clara Vista Investment Partners, a U.S.-based investment firm and majority shareholder of Ipswich Town Football Club, in connection with its acquisition of an 80% stake in Frosinone Calcio, an Italian professional football club recently promoted to Serie A. Clara Vista acquired the stake from Maurizio Stirpe, Frosinone Calcio’s longtime president. The transaction is expected to provide additional liquidity to support Frosinone Calcio’s investment in its infrastructure and squad.
