Sidley represented FormX, Inc., a company that develops AI-driven residential construction project management and permitting tools, in its US$12.5 million Series Seed financing round. The round was led by Grove Ventures and included participation from Poalim Equity, Atinc, and Script Capital.

The Sidley team was led by Dr. Idan Netser (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital) and included David Chriki, Hayoung Lee, and Eric Zhao (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital).
