Halle E. Alitz

HALLE ALITZ focuses her practice on commercial litigation and disputes. Halle has a diverse range of experience across complex commercial litigation, class actions, and product liability and mass torts matters, including multidistrict litigation (MDL). She has worked on matters involving high-stakes claims across multiple jurisdictions and has played a key role in various stages of litigation, including developing case strategy, drafting pleadings and briefs, and managing discovery.

Halle earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she served as vice president of the Sports Law Society and senior editor of the Michigan Law Review. She also worked in the Child Advocacy Legal Clinic and was a legal extern for the University of Michigan Office of the Vice President and General Counsel.

Prior to joining Sidley, Halle received a master’s degree in sports administration from the University of Miami.
