バイオグラフィー

SYDNEY BOX earned her J.D. cum laude from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2024. While at Northwestern, she served as an articles editor for the Northwestern Journal of Law and Social Policy and as the co-president of the Jewish Law Students Association.

Prior to attending law school, Sydney worked at a political action committee. She received her B.A., with honors and distinction, in political science and a minor in economics from the University of Michigan.

  • Fundamental Advisors LP, as DIP lender and purchaser in its approximately US$625 million Section 363 purchase of certain assets in the chapter 11 cases of Pine Gate Renewables in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
  • RenWave Kore, LLC in the pre-arranged chapter 11 cases of STG Logistics, Inc. and certain of its affiliates in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
  • Glocal Healthcare Systems Private Limited, and certain of its related parties, in connection with the chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings of UpHealth, Inc. and certain of its affiliates and various related litigation related to a de-SPAC transaction. Selected as a runner-up for “Litigator of the Week” by The American Lawyer’s Litigation Daily (2025) for driving a favorable settlement on a highly compressed timeline.
  • Vitol Americas, Inc. as DIP lender, supply and offtake agreement provider, and prepetition lender to Global Clean Energy Holdings, a publicly-traded vertically integrated renewable fuels production and refining company, in its chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
  • Harvest Sherwood Food Distributors, Inc., the largest independent food distributor in the United States, in its chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.
  • Jervois Global Limited, an Australia-headquartered global supplier of advanced manufactured cobalt products, and its affiliates with US$195.5 million in funded debt in their chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, which effectuated a fulsome recapitalization and take-private transaction by the Company’s secured lenders. Jervois’ restructuring was awarded "Restructuring Deal of the Year" at the 2025 Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Australia Awards.
  • CareMax, Inc., a Miami-based medical services provider, and certain of its affiliates in connection with their pre-arranged chapter 11 cases, totaling US$422.6 million in funded debt, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.
