
Biography
SYDNEY BOX earned her J.D. cum laude from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2024. While at Northwestern, she served as an articles editor for the Northwestern Journal of Law and Social Policy and as the co-president of the Jewish Law Students Association.
Prior to attending law school, Sydney worked at a political action committee. She received her B.A., with honors and distinction, in political science and a minor in economics from the University of Michigan.

Representative Matters
- Jervois Global Limited, an Australia-headquartered global supplier of advanced manufactured cobalt products, and its affiliates with US$195.5 million in funded debt in their Chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, which effectuated a fulsome recapitalization and take-private transaction by the Company’s secured lenders.
- CareMax, Inc., a Miami-based medical services provider, and certain of its affiliates in connection with their pre-arranged Chapter 11 cases, totaling US$422.6 million in funded debt, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.
