LAURA DEMASSA advises on a variety of corporate matters, including shareholder activism, corporate governance, capital markets, and financing transactions. She maintains an active pro bono practice to represent and advocate for survivors of gender-based violence.
Laura earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School. During law school, she served as an editor of the Cornell Law Review, a fund manager for Cornell University’s student-run venture fund, and a judicial extern to a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
She graduated with a B.A. from Cornell University.
