Biography
CATERINA FAYA focuses her practice on a broad range of complex corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, and governance.
Caterina earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from University of Illinois School of Law in Urbana-Champaign. While in school, Caterina served as an articles editor at the University of Illinois Law Review.
Prior to attending law school, Caterina earned her B.S. in biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin.
