Hannah D. Foote

HANNAH FOOTE focuses her practice on commercial litigation and disputes.

Hannah advises and represents companies in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts across the country. Her experience includes high-stakes business litigation involving breach of contract claims, business torts, and employment-related matters. She assists clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit dispute resolution and motion practice through summary judgment, trial preparation, and interlocutory appeals.

In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Hannah represents veterans pro bono before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals, advocating in support of claims for service-connected disabilities and related compensation.

Hannah earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif in 2024. While attending law school, Hannah was a teaching assistant for Professor Heather Stobaugh and served as associate managing editor of the SMU Law Review.

Prior to law school, Hannah graduated summa cum laude from Bethel University with a B.A. in political science and a minor in communication studies.
