NIDHI GEORGE focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and investigations.
Nidhi has experience drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, briefing dispositive motions, and taking cases to trial in both state and federal court. She represents clients from a variety of industries including healthcare, energy, and mortgage lending. Nidhi also regularly conducts internal investigations, advising clients on compliance matters including under the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
Nidhi earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she served as an editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and on the Moot Court Board. While in law school, Nidhi won Vanderbilt’s intramural Mock Trial Competition and was recognized with Lightfoot Franklin & White's Best Oralist award.
She received her B.A. in political science, magna cum laude, from Drexel University.
