Daniel E. Gessner

DANIEL GESSNER focuses his practice on complex corporate and transactional matters. He represents private equity clients and public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and general corporate matters.

Daniel obtained his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as a student attorney for the Zell Entrepreneurship Clinic and as vice president of the Sports Law Society.

• ReCode Therapeutics in its US$50 million extension to its Series B financing, for a total of US$260 million in Series B funding.
