Kedrick M. Glinski

KEDRICK GLINSKI focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and disputes, with a particular emphasis on antitrust matters. He represents clients in federal and state courts and before government agencies at every stage of litigation, from pleadings through discovery and motion practice.

Kedrick has experience helping clients navigate complex discovery disputes in high-stakes commercial litigation. He also advises clients on premerger notification filings under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act and assists companies in responding to Civil Investigative Demands issued by the Federal Trade Commission.

Kedrick is actively involved in the firm’s pro bono practice, with a particular focus on prisoners’ rights litigation. He has worked alongside Prisoners’ Legal Services of New York on a case alleging Eighth and Fourteenth Amendment violations against the State of New York, and he has contributed to U.S. Supreme Court advocacy on behalf of an organization that works to improve access to healthcare and accountability in federal prisons.

Prior to joining Sidley, Kedrick interned at the Federal Defender Services of Idaho. While attending Cornell Law School, he served as editor-in-chief of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and held a leadership position on the Moot Court Board. He was a member of Cornell’s Criminal Trial Defense Practicum and a teaching assistant for several undergraduate law courses.
