EMILY IVERS concentrates her practice on complex transactional and general corporate matters, advising public and private companies on equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and a broad range of commercial agreements.
Emily earned her J.D. from Boston College and her B.A. from The George Washington University. During law school, she served as a managing editor for the Boston College Law Review.
Emily previously was an associate at a global law firm. In 2023, she was named to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court “Pro Bono High Honor Roll.” She also served as a legal intern with the Office of Regional Counsel at the United States Environmental Protection Agency and worked as a research assistant at Boston College Law School.
