Biography
JOE KOZLOWSKI focuses his practice on all aspects of corporate restructuring.
Joe earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in 2025. While attending law school, he served as an editor of the Washington University Law Review, a student attorney in the school’s Entrepreneurship Clinic, and a legal extern at a St. Louis-based brewing company. He graduated from Clarkson University in 2020 with a B.S. in mechanical engineering.
Prior to law school, Joe began his career as a reliability engineer in the energy industry.
