
Biography
CHLOE LUSTIG’s practice focuses on complex corporate matters in a variety of industries, with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
Chloe participated in Sidley’s Pro Bono Fellowship, working for the Alliance for Children’s Rights in Los Angeles. There, she helped families navigating the foster care system secure essential funding and advocated for foster care youth at the policy level.
During law school, Chloe was staff editor of the Annual Survey of American Law and professional development co-chair of NYU Law Women. Chloe was also a judicial extern for Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald of the Hawaiʻi Supreme Court. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Chloe taught 8th grade U.S. history as a Teach for America corps member.

Representative Matters
Chloe has assisted with the representation of:
- Houlihan Lokey, Inc. in its acquisition of Triago Management Development.
- Warner Music Group in the formation of a joint venture with Elliot Grainge’s label, 10K Projects, whereby 10K Projects became a standalone label within the WMG ecosystem and its roster of artists, including Trippie Redd and Ice Spice, joined the WMG family.
- The Gersh Agency (the only remaining major talent agency without outside investment) and the Gersh family members, in a strategic partnership with private equity firm Crestview Partners, to support the agency’s next phase of growth.
- VENUplus Inc. (formerly known as CTM Group, Inc.), a portfolio company of the private equity arm of Z Capital Group, in its acquisition of ScooterBug Best Lockers.
- Crown Bioscience in its acquisition of the IndivuServ business unit of Indivumed GmbH.
