JAY MARES focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
Jay earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he was granted a Dean’s Scholarship. Jay also received a Certificate in Management from the Wharton School. At Penn Law, Jay served as an editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law and as the academic and professionalism chair of the Latinx Law Students Association.
Prior to law school, Jay graduated, summa cum laude, from Florida International University, where he received a Presidential Scholarship.
Jay is fluent in Spanish.
