Kian N. Matin

KIAN MATIN has experience with a variety of real estate transactions, focusing primarily on commercial leasing, purchase and sale transactions, and mortgage and mezzanine financing. He has worked with many different real estate asset types, including office buildings, retail properties, and residential and hospitality facilities. Additionally, he assists in private equity transactions involving mergers and acquisitions.

Kian worked for the Alliance for Children’s Rights as part of Sidley’s Pro Bono Fellowship Program, where he assisted the Benefits Team in receiving foster care funding for adoptive families.
