CHELSEA MCMANUS focuses her practice on restructuring matters.

Chelsea received her J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While in law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Stacy Jernigan of the Northern District of Texas, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and as an intern for the Honorable Frank D. Whitney of the Western District of North Carolina. Chelsea was also an articles editor for the SMU Law Review and an extern for Keurig Dr Pepper.
