Ryan E. Parker

RYAN PARKER represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters, arbitrations, government investigations, and state and federal enforcement actions.

Ryan has substantial experience in all stages of litigation. He has managed all aspects of fact development and discovery, drafted and argued a variety of motions, examined witnesses at trial and in depositions, presented oral arguments, and represented clients before regulatory agencies and in mediations.

Ryan serves as a trusted adviser to clients in banking and financial services, public utilities, health care, pharmaceuticals, and other industries.

Ryan graduated from Cornell Law School, where he served as a senior acquisitions editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from the University of Alabama.

• A major health insurer in consolidated multidistrict litigation and related opt‑out litigation across the country brought by large self‑funded health insurance subscribers and providers alleging price fixing and anticompetitive conduct.
• A Fortune 500 electricity and natural gas company in numerous lawsuits arising from wildfires in 2021 and 2024.
• An international logistics and technology company and its CEO in an action alleging trade secret theft and breach of fiduciary duty.
• A NYSE-listed biopharmaceutical developer in two complex arbitrations and related civil litigations related to various development and licensing agreements.
• A registered investment adviser and broker-dealer in a series of bellwether trials relating to major investor losses resulting from an options trading strategy. Served as a trial team member and secured six defense verdicts for the client over four years.
