Biography
ASHKA SHETH focuses her practice on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, securities offerings, and corporate governance.
Ashka received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, she served as an extern for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and was recognized for Exceptional Pro Bono Service.
Prior to joining Sidley, Ashka was a legal assistant at two global law firms.
Ashka is proficient in Spanish, Gujarati, and Hindi.
