Francesca J. Sikora

FRANKIE SIKORA focuses her practice on public and private M&A and corporate governance matters.

Frankie earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Frankie served as the managing editor of the Chicago-Kent Law Review.

Prior to law school, Frankie worked as a budget analyst for the Illinois Governor’s Office of Management and Budget. Frankie earned her B.A. in political science from Illinois College. While in college, she played three years of varsity softball.
