KIMBERLEIGH STUART is a staff attorney working with the Products Liability and Commercial Litigation and Disputes Practice Area Teams in the Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on electronic discovery (E-Discovery) & fact investigation work on a wide variety of matters including products liability litigation, government investigations and enforcement actions by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), False Claim Act (FCA) and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) related matters, and Second Requests by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for antitrust related matters.
Kimberleigh has extensive experience with managing contract attorney teams and cost efficient and effective document reviews, conducting contract attorney document review training, and utilizing a wide range of eDiscovery document platforms. She is also experienced in conducting fact investigations, building case chronologies, preparing privileged logs, and assisting case teams prepare for witness interviews and depositions.
Kimberleigh also provides pro bono services to DC residents seeking information about Landlord Tenant legal disputes.
Prior to joining Sidley, Kimberleigh clerked in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and worked as an Attorney & Team Lead for legal solution and e-discovery service providers.
