Daniel R. Sullivan

DANIEL SULLIVAN focuses his practice on commercial litigation and disputes.

Dan earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law where he served as a managing editor of the Northwestern University Law Review. Prior to joining Sidley, Dan was a member of the Northwestern University Bluhm Legal Clinic, both as a student and as a Public Interest Law Initiative fellow.

Dan holds a B.A., cum laude, in sociology and anthropology from Carleton College. Before attending law school, Dan worked in fundraising and development for an independent school in San Francisco, California.
