Devin J. Thompson

DEVIN THOMPSON focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate governance, and private equity transactions.

Prior to joining Sidley, Devin was a legal intern at the Federal Communications Commission Wireline Competition Bureau.

While attending the University of Virginia School of Law, Devin served as the assistant articles review editor of the Virginia Tax Review and was a member of both the Economic and Consumer Rights Clinic and the Housing Litigation Clinic. Devin was a student in the accelerated master’s program at the University of Alabama where he received a joint B.A. and M.A. in economics.
